2.1XL601
XL601 alloy is a high strength 6 series aluminum alloy developed by our company, which can be quenched online. The strength of the alloy is more than 25% higher than that of the ordinary 6 series alloy, Under T6 condition, the tensile strength is more than 350 MPa, the yield strength is more than 320 MPa, the hardness of base material is more than 105 Hb, and the corrosion resistance is equivalent to that of 6 series alloy.
At present, the alloy has been mass produced and widely used in the manufacture of auto parts.
2. 2XL701
Xl701 alloy is a high strength 7 series aluminum alloy developed by our company, which can be quenched online. The tensile strength of the alloy at T5 temper is more than 400MPa, yield strength is more than 350Mpa, and elongation is more than 10%. The alloy has good corrosion resistance, and exfoliation corrosion is less than or equal to class EA. It is mainly used in new energy vehicle lightweight, power, transmission, communication and other industries.
